PhD= Permanent Head Damage. Or is it Permanent head Damage...But seriously, PhDs are not very good as administrators, at least most of them. They are good as dons and scholars, analysts, researchers, policy makers etc.

me thinks we are so misguided in issues affecting our society. This man is right on no dinded fiekols but wrong on the way he approached, we need stringent and deterrent laws re terrorism and traffic act. How else would police enforce traffic rules such as using a phone while driving, and many many others, if he cant see the driver under the tinted hood?

In other countries, only limousines and important state officers cars have tints, and fyi the driver windows are not tinted in ANY vehicle.

Our chubilee and cord idiots are busy politicking instead of legislating. Another five wasted years! We will continue having threads every now and then re bombing every other day.

He has a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Criminology and Criminal Administration and a Master of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice attained at University of South Africa (UNISA) and University of Leicester respectively . Kimaiyo also holds a Bachelor of Theology and a Master of Theology both from the Beacon University of Institute Ministry. He is currently working on attaining a PhD in Criminology and Social order at University of Nairobi.
