Take the opportunity and run with it especially at your County level. Go organise youths, create branches, get a good network, let it work, share lessons and experiences and charge for that. Replicate in Counties struggling and by 2018, you wont be in Wazua but funding UMK's re-election!

These guys are joking there creating a monster that will terrorize the country when the time comes. How do you start grouping youth all over the country, train them and later you fund them.
With the proposed numbers they will out number the police after which they will operate based on the interests at hand.

Increasing the intake by a whooping 19,000 has it's own challenges. Frankly as it stands no more than a grand pyramid scheme........trained youths in every corner of country and not contained, mmmmh!!!!

Reminds me of how Ceausescu used the young. First it was development, then spying on their friends, family, teachers...nyumba kumi.....
If you stay ready, no need to get ready.

My understanding is that the youth will be utilised in projects like water projects na ghadhaligha. They save money and then invest after having completed their term. Not bad, so long as everyone doesn't buy a motorbike at completion
