The internet is a very interesting place. The data you get to collect when someone denies stuff is amassssing.

On this topic I will remain as I am. Hata kama sikuenda shule, I now know at least 1 place not to get professional opinions.

Respectfully Logical.

@alma, seems u cant notice the difference between comissioner of lands and owners. Am assuming the comisioner of lands was not daft enough to allocate the land to himself. whoever he allocated the land to is what am equating to the kevevapi house owners.

On a serious note, @alma, why study land economics then not pursue it? Most kenyan land valuers are doing very well.

I list properties for sale on my site but i dont derive income from the sale, this comes about from the nature of my business whereby on a daily basis, i receive requests from people wanting to buy and sell land. If you practiced valuation long enough, you could have by now profiled who the average architect client in Kenya is and where he is found, not anywhere in the internet.

a4 please washana na masomo yangu. I've accepted that I failed in school and couldn't go past 2nd year for discontinuation. Those are very deep hurting issues and I really would like to move on. No need to make fun of a failure who washes dishes in the US.

I hope that you also accept and move on, when you hear that your fellow architects call you a quack.

But that's life. We learn to overcome, don't we?

I hear you daddy. I know I failed big time in real estate when I tried to buy houses while washing dishes. It was very hard. Now I'm relaxed. I will try as much as I can to do as well as the land valuers you know. I hear they are doing very well.

Mimi, I'll just have to accept that washing dishes is also helping the economy. One time I was told that if I don't wash dishes, people will eat with dirty spoons.

From now onwards I will be taking my advise from you. I can see you have quite a lot to offer in terms of logic and experience. One day I will be like a4architect. Pray for me Wazuans.

@alma, sawa. Nimewachana na masomo yako ya ADD....Then in your arguments then dont drag in your expertise/Education as a land valuer.

My fellow architects cant call me a quack because i currently hold a valid 2014 architectural practicing certificate from the Govt of the republic of kenya.

....on washing dishes in US,..hehe... relax, we all know you work for the largest real estate firms there.

ati wazuans pray for you..lol. Looks like akina Swazuri at ADD really scared you out of the real estate world.relax, even Steve Jobs dropped out of college and eventually made it big.
