If part of this tourism whether American or Chinese, is maintaining the native's role of receiving progress from without, then we're selling ourselves short.

The world is changing fast, and in a digital age we must figure out how we need to interact with world so that all citizens can enjoy their freedom and flourish.

And the US residents will also come back since with 9/11 they are used to terrorist attacks. Also the British with the 7/7 London and IRA attacks are used to it.
