Illegal and stinks.

This is the only contract for wiring the over 900 post offices country wide.
The recipient is in some Far East Asian country.

We have 16 more to go.

We must eat!

The 1.6B was wired on thursday last week to Anura Perera in the UK. We have to obey international court orders just like Uhuruto have always obeyed orders from the ICC and ocampo/ bensouda.

Is he the same Perera who paid for Kibaki's bill in Wellington hospital in the UK?

I think Kenyans shld go through the Court proceeding to know how screwed this country is....The contract that were paid on monday shld have been paid long time ago.

The govt Had paid more than half the contracted amount i.e The contracted amount was about USD 11M the govt Paid about USD6M of the amount then the payments were stopped after the Angloleasing scandal blew up.

The two Firms went to court in 2006 they won every case....They were demanding USD 28M the cases were sent to a mediator and the parties agreed a sum of USD16M last year and that is what has been paid.

So instead of paying the balance of USD 5M we have ended up paying USD16M just bcoz this country did not fight these cases in haste and settle the matter in time.
