The cheapest i have paid to call a mobile phone in the UK is KES 23/min using a orange line direct dialing. Direct dialing to US using orange is KES 13/min 'A stone is heavy,and the sand weighty; but a fool's wrath is heavier than them both.' (Proverbs 27:3).

The other option is to make free calls on google talk,windows live or yahoo messenger,but both parties have to be logged in and using the same messaging client
