Wawawawa....which places are these? If the problem is that they are cash trapped, I know politicians can sponsor registration in their areas of interest. Anyway, kidding.

ukitaka kuwa registered just walk into a CEC's office in your constituency. Ni kama Kipande siku hizi.. people don't need to see banners telling them that they need to be registered as citizens. you get of age - you tafuta a chief's place and register. I think people should get used to the Continuous registration concept ASAP.

IEBC was 'quietly' registering voters but

has now launched the registration after pressure!!!!!

all in all @masukuma, if such activity or excercise exists there should be communication and awareness even if done locally!
