Americans when compared to the Fundamentalists are no different. That is why all these groups bothering the rest of the world can more or less trace their origins to the US Govt. They are birds of the same feather so naturally, they will flock together.

Yes, I am saying the US is the greatest fundamentalist movement in the world. It is the mother of them all.
