The guy was doing a good job but saitan wa usiku poisoned our minds against the mountain guy.

kweli kabisa

what i liked most was his assertion that the contract was illegal as the entities had no legal capacity to transact.

Then the names of cord, pnu, uddf, kddgi, gdkag, etc etc were all involved.

someone once said the fight between government and opposition is the fight for the seat at the dining table, most of them has nothing to do with you and me but we're the one fighting to make sure the guy we like is eating. Hahaha!

You can tell how rudderless or distrustful CORD is when one day they are churning out tribal sewers in the name of fighting the government and say they'll lead Kamkunji mass action on Anglo-Leasing against and impeach President Kenyatta just for the next day, their leader to say the country "had" to pay.

so in your opinion this letter is evidence that he was doing a good job? let's just forget the githongo tapes and the overall reluctance of his organization to go after the good fish. and does the letter tell what happened thereafter?

Looks like CORD is the evil one in all this matter. And i like the way Baba has thrown 'us' off balance!

That 21 page letter by Ringera should be the most detailed account of the scandal. And it clearly names the thieves and the role they played in august 2002 in the scam, including the account numbers the money was deposited. They used fake/ fictitious characters and companies abroad to swindle the funds.

1. Musalia Mudavadi - then communications minister
2. FM Chahonyo - then Posta MD
3. Chris Obure - then finance minister
4. Sammy Kyungu - former PS communications
5. Amos Wako - AG
6. Dan Ameyo - AG's office, was later made Posta MD after the deal went through, to take charge of the fraud
7. Samuel Bundotich - treasury

These are the people who should be at Kamiti prison at the moment. The billions wired to their accounts abroad should also be recovered.
