To draw you an analogy, if someone told you if you give him 10 million to invest, he will give you a return of 250 million in 90 days after investing in a transparent, completely legal business, you would be skeptical.
If you want to insist, start naming specific technologies that can do this and how they do it (record everybody) and I will explain how they might not necessarily accomplish it. No generalities. To task! The ball is in your court.

what are you contesting? the ability to mass eavesdrop or the ability to store/transmit eaves dropped info from everybody?

@wanyee i think quicksand thinks eavesdropping in a server or reading the database involves people sitting down somewhere and taking notes of every call, he has no idea that large databases have listeners and data interception btn client and serve amounts to eavesdropping. So a twitter brawl has arisen with some whistleblowers in possession of the identity of the 5th country X saying that it's risky to reveal the 5th country as it may endanger the lives of operatives and associates there.

Wikileaks has indicated there is no holding back. Identity will be unleashed all the same for consistency in fact as they've already identified the other 4 non-white countries..
