Undergraduate HELB max reduced from 45K to 30K (is this not mandatory?) 3. Postgraduate HELB increased 130K (is this not discretionary?) And the students gave a notice. They should be let to hold the peaceful demonstration #BecauseAmParent

Life is like playing a violin solo in public and learning the instrument as one goes on.

There are students who fully depend on HELB for their upkeep at campus and this will hit them very hard.

I know two church sponsored [well known and been around for sometime] where students are not supposed to fail at all! In a class of 40, if two fail, the lecturer has to write a report!!! true story!!! Moja ni ile ya mapresenter alumni! Nyingine iko the part of "Nairobi" most made fun of. Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Why cant HELB invest the money collected from beneficiaries instead of relying on the government 100%?

Pastor.. why do i have a feeling your 'Kenya' starts somewhere in Ngarariga mahutiini, covers several makutanos, curves near a river or two and ends on Kirinyaga road Its with a lighter touch..

Each student leader received 40k. i.am.back!!!!
