If there is any, nipewe list niwajue, and by investor I mean people creating business in Kenya where the net effect is not currency outflows.

They are replacing local contractors in civil and structural works
They are replacing Inda goods with cheaper imports (clothes, cheap clothes, batteries, nails, wood, utensils,curtains etc etc)
