It seems Mr. Low IQ also doesn't know our rights, or doesn't care for them:

Was in kibera courts today, if you have a probox and tinted then carry a bribe or face the magistrate they call it psv vehicle regardless!

I saw ole lenku on ktn a few mins ago and I didn't like what I saw.
It's unfortunate that this people are making this insecurity thing look like a big joke. when asked why are the police impounding cars his answer was " where will they (the police) take you" this seems like kimaiyo has only issued a orders for the police to harass and inconvenience motorists. Why arrest when the police know they won't prosecute?
Politics is just things to keep the people divided and foolish and put your trust in men and none of them can do nothing for you...

psv includes taxi too. And, if the insurance reads psv, they pounce on you very fast hata kama ni prombox.

It will be interesting to see what they will charge you with , as the law is very clear to majority of the people , He should ask himself why the tint exists in the first place , let him handle insecurity first and we will remove even the windows and doors when we are assured of peace of mind, honestly this country is going to the dogs.
