By the way, was the Rugut guy fired or deployed to another position?

Kesho PORK will be having a press conference. Maybe he will answer the questions the Nation is begging answers for, including Anglo fleecing saga.

He was promoted to Sports Secretary Deputy PS but the CORD machinery is good at spinning stuff. It comes back to hurt them anyway.

@ harrydre, you must be living in a bubble or nowadays URP is in cordom?
If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

Personally, I don't care whether or not all your appointments emanate from one or two or three tribes as long as those appointed perform their responsibilities with dedication, efficiency and finesse.

I don't care because I have a governor, senator,Mp, MCA and even cabinet secretary who hails from my tribe but none of them is actually doing anything meaningful for me or my tribesmen.

Hear, hear.

Perhaps if this were as shallow a forum as facebook this thread deserves all this posts. Of course the tribal appointments are irritating and unfair to say the least. However, I am most certain that all these appointments are directed by the Public Service Commission, even cabinet secretaries were interviewed by PSC, it is obvious those below this level follow the same route! It is headed by a lady called Dr. Kobia or something, blame her and the commissioners not the President! He is given a shortlist by PSC like the one with only one tribe we saw for the communications commissioners, and told to choose, that's the constitution, he cannot sack the PSC people or overrule them, they have security of tenure! If PSC thinks giving tribal bent shortlist will please the president just as some judges are doing in courts, blame the constitution. If you want to blame President, change the constitution to allow him to headhunt then we shall see if only two tribes will be represented. The PSC is only exempt from appointing parliament officials, judiciary officials, teachers, police and KDF.

There's nothing I hate more than tribalism. I believe if someone is qualified to do a job, I'll hire all kyuks. Just get the job done.

But here we have a situation where nothing is getting done. Other than dinded fiekols. Nothing to write home about.

This forum has talked about insecurity killing the tourism industry. I mean countries evacuating their citizens on holiday is unprecedented. It means those countries don't trust the cops, Ole Nenku or this gov't to protect their citizens.

We have talked about the Ig with his illegal proclamations, and then we get dinded fiekos.

Everytime we say something, the gov't minions come here to remind us that they know better. Told to shut up since don't know.

I think if those posts on Facebook aren't a wake up call, I think we are doomed. Those are jobless youth.

Now is it true that the NYS fellow was told not to come to the office through SMS?

Is it true as I'm seeing in Kaleo facebooks that Waiguru just annoyed Ruto so much that he had to walk away from a meeting?

You just have to read this facebook update and see Sakaja and Ole Itumbi morphed into one with their replies. The same replies you get from the usual suspects on wazua.

https://www.facebook.com/Kipsaos/posts/10203287872624807

Is it true that the terrorism budget is 28million shillings while the First ladies is more than 100 million? How can that even happen even in a banana gov't?

Is it true that foreign tourists are being evacuated from Kenya?

Is it true that dinded fiekos are illegal in Kenya and why do those that say so, still drive them?

I think its time for serious answers. At the rate we are going at, KulaRaha kind of posts are just the tip of the iceberg. Those facebook posts are spreading like wildfire.

It's not ODM doing anything. TNA and URP are on full warpath. Very scary when you think that we still don't know who's been throwing bombs in Kenya and why tourists are being evacuated.

Harrydre, since you know the truth, is this fact or fiction.

I'm just quoting
Quote:

According to our impeccable source at State House, Waiguru, who is currently the most powerful Cabinet Minister in the Jubilee administration, was having a talk with Deputy President over the recent sacking of former National Youth Service (NYS) director, Kiplimo Rugut.
With his usual charisma, Ruto asked Waiguru to give him the reasons why she sacked Rugut, a career civil servant who has served the country diligently for over 30 years.
But instead of giving Ruto an articulate answer, this is what Waiguru told Ruto.
“I am in charge of Devolution and above you"
Shocked Ruto walked out of the meeting with his head down as Head of Public Service, Joseph Kinyua, watched the drama in dismay.

Just incase you say that's Odomo, that's URP pushing the story.
