Maybe a kamendment was sneaked in via kenya gazette

if you have driven Mwambasani and seen tuvitzes tinted ninja style or totally tinted black mpaka windscreen then you will agree this tint joke has been extended too far and for it is a security risk.

how is the rule in the rest of the civilised world the commonwealth na huko kwa skina @kiash

Eg
In India utasema mbele

Yess am in Mombasa and I have tinted even the winscreen although not much, it cost me an arm sitoi na sitoi.

Top enforcer of the law and law knowledge...is there a gap !!!

On the other hand to the driver without a tint the carjacker can tell how many you are in the can and make his plans.

More scientific means would be more suitable in this fight..

I actually cant point any exact value having tint on my car adds, but all I know is that any time I drive one without I feel like am "outside". There is too much light coming in and everybody outside seems like they are all coming in. Mpaka sometimes I find myself kinda moving my body aside so as not to hit the person outside, you get the way one moves a bit when walking on the street to avoid hitting the other person. Its just a stupid feeling but I like it that way. Now Kimaiyo want me to get used to driving out there feeling like am walking naked.Sad
