The offense has always been in the traffic act over the years.
I think it was the NARC parliament that paused it but did not repeal it.

I may be wrong but i think the law applies to public vehicles only (Where are Wazuan lawyers?)......On another note,i wish somebody takes off our road vehicles with multi-coloured lights all round.Just the other night,i almost rammed into an oncoming lorry. At first i thought i was heading into a building!!Sad

If the rule does no apply to all automobiles then Eng Kamau needs to have it amended ASAP

Maybe a kamendment was sneaked in via kenya gazette

if you have driven Mwambasani and seen tuvitzes tinted ninja style or totally tinted black mpaka windscreen then you will agree this tint joke has been extended too far and for it is a security risk.

how is the rule in the rest of the civilised world the commonwealth na huko kwa skina @kiash

How exactly is it a security risk? So if someone sees me inside my car they can readily tell if am going to commit a crime ama? The only risk it poses according to me is that when carjacked and you're still in the vehicle then maybe, just maybe someone can raise alarm. Most carjackings happen during the evening so tint or no tint raising alarm is not easy
