The offense has always been in the traffic act over the years.
I think it was the NARC parliament that paused it but did not repeal it.

I may be wrong but i think the law applies to public vehicles only (Where are Wazuan lawyers?)......On another note,i wish somebody takes off our road vehicles with multi-coloured lights all round.Just the other night,i almost rammed into an oncoming lorry.At first i thought i was heading into a building!!Sad
