LOOOOOL, in Africa is never the Ruler's fault...just some shadowy white man pulling the strings.

African rulers are very loving, caring, magnanimous, and fair. I wonder why they get swayed so easily by foreigners?

Any shipment to SS is either through Sudan,Uganda and Kenya so is Kenya sponsoring Riek Machar?.Considering that Uganda cannot since it has sent troops to SS and the western countries are not in good books with Sudan?
Quote:
Intelligence gathered by Strategic Intelligence shows a growing capacity to engage a well armed government army using new and better arms by the rebels.

This characteristic itself draws a clear picture of sponsorship. Where are these rebels getting new and superior arms from? ,Who is facilitating these shipments and how are they getting to the rebels hands?

Someone is advising the rebels on what to use and how to use it.

Guns, RPGs etc can be transported by air, sea and land (rail or roads). A low flying plane can transport cargo easily and faster to anywhere (remember the Eritrea-AlShabaab saga of Nov 2011?)
Yambio Town is less than 30km from D.R Congo.
South Sudan shares a much longer border with war torn C.A.R.
South Sudan shares a longer border with Ethiopia. Rebels are Nuers who are along the Ethiopia and Sudanese borders.

People forget Riek Machar was one time a traitor to south Sudan.
He left SPLM and supported el bashir against Garang and he was given the post of one of the vice presidents. Pulled by oil money and power.
Then he joined south Sudan when independence seemed inevitable.
Riek Machar is a power hungry man who loves the money.
