@Bebeto...Oscar and Willian probably deserve to be in the team but i do not think they can have the same kind of influence that Ronaldinho & Kaka had in previous WC. One thing that they'll also lack is pace on the flanks, that's why i'm surprised Lucas Moura was left out. Anyway, they will be the hosts so i expect them to reach Q/f or s/f but i wouldn't bet on them winning the trophy.

Have to say, for once the Brazilian squad lacks flair, apart form maybe neymar who tries, his downside being he goes to ground too easily. lakini mimi naona usa ama argentina

IMO that squad is simply not good enough, unlike previous squads it lacks experience, pace and creativity. The midfield is also packed with defensive midfielders. I don't understand why Lucas Moura was left out. @Admin.....Kindly merge the two World Cup threads! I'd still fancy them to be among the favourites. Plus Oscar and willain are enough of the attacking MFs. Selecao's strength has always been in their defensive play http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/27281923
Brazil have always outplayed teams because of their defensive prowess and not to mention the emerging issues in football where defensive teams have yield better results as compared to the opposite. But am anxious to see whether this inexprienced squad( Its not that they are but if you compare them to their past squads) will match the other 'big boys' IMITATION IS LIMITATION

Well Brazil will have to play Spain or Netherlands either at the last 16 or q/f stage.

star studded countries like these can afford to let go of star player like Ashley Cole. When Cameroon qualified for 1990 cup, President Paul Biya personally pleaded with 38yr old retired player Roger Milla to play
