Is it true that in USA a sheriff can appoint any member of public to be his deputy in times of need? Is it also true that he can appoint as many people as he wants for a particular mission or duty?
Case 1. since we are suffering from this terrorism menace laws should be changed and kimaiyo be given powers of a USA sheriff.
Case 2 . Mutunga should also be given such powers and appoint me as a judge to hear this case. Promise, no gooogles
Politics is just things to keep the people divided and foolish and put your trust in men and none of them can do nothing for you...

now that we have signed trade pacts with naija, this could be possible

In fact it was his advise some time back that we may also consult witch doctors instead of bothering the courts too much.
