His style is archaic and no wonder no club can stand him for long.
Most unfortunate is his inability to use small and skilled players. He would sell Messi if he coached Barca.
Every coach has his own style. If it means utilizing big players, so be it. I have no problem with him. Wenger criticized Tony Pulis' methods, but not every coach. Hazard is a diminutive player as well, and he's had a very good season.
So Mourinho's style isn't about a beautiful game, it's about results. That's why he's won every where he's been. Porto (2 Premiera Liga) 1 Portuguese Cup, 1 Champions League, 1 UEFA Cup), Chelsea (2 EPL, 1 FA Cup, 2 EPL), Inter Milan (2 Serie A, 1 Coppa Italia, 1 Champions League), Real Madrid (1 La Liga, 1 Copa del Rey) and has won the equivalent of Community Shield in 2003, 2005, 2008 and 2012 in Portugal, England, Italy and Spain.
Do not forgeting he's been named world's best coach by IFFS, manager of the year in Italy (2), England (2), UEFA (2), among other honors. Archaic, you said? It's all about delivery. This coming from a United fanatic.
