Ati 35k?? i hope you meant a maisonette. Flats go for 25-30k a month.

Nope! Flats are now renting for between 32 to 35k Previous tenants are still paying old rates but news ones its 32k plus. Check around.

flats going for 20-30.
In phase 1&2 some flats are going for 22-25k
