Crystal Palace are tricky customers, the league may be over for Merseyside teams.

True dat. Arsenal is the new Liverpool. I can see another decade without a sniff at the EPL title. C'mon Arsene, sign that new contract.smile

You are hardly in a position to give anyone lectures on winning trophies, Chelsea's first league title came in 2005 after waiting for 50 years!

When Manutd fans talk about trophies we are constrained to listen but Chelsea?? They should first console their captain who has endured five semi final losses in the CL and is set to finish empty handed.
Even after investing 120M pounds!
By the way, show me a sane manager who can sell Mata and Hazard in one season!
Ati hazards dont matter!

Dare I say the only team we can be compared with in England is only Man United. The others have a very long way to go.... Pray Pray

Athletico losing to Levante! Barca to triumph if they win the final game.
Poor Simeone might end up like Leverkusen if they lose the CL final.

@TAZ,in Spain the head to head rule applies. Athletico have advantage over Real but Barca have advantage over Athletico.

How's Barca having advantage over Athletico yet the second leg is to be played and the first one was a Barren draw? Barca has advantage only on fair play grounds (for the whole season) if they draw the last game and all three teams are level on points. As for the fair play I do not know whether they use the two matches or the other matches too. If it is just between the two, then Athletico has advantage as of now if the tie.

Who'd have thought? Real Madrid is losing to Valencia at the Bernebeu. 1-2 with less than 10mins to go.

Sharks. Christiano Ronaldo equalises for Real with an exquisite back hill 1min into extra time.

Interesting possibility coming up if Real Madrid win all their remaining games whilst Barcelona & Atletico win their next game :

With that foregoing, if Barcelona beat Atletico on the penultimate day of the season at the Nou Camp, they hand Real Madrid the title and possibility for a treble :)

How could Atletico let it slip now???? A bad weekend for them. When the cookie crumbles, it really crumbles; just ask Everton, Wenger, Pep and 'the special trophyless one'.
I hope Atletico stays strong to win the league and break the Real/Barca jinks.

BBI will solve it

Yerp. You've forgotten Liverpool too. I sure hope Diego Simeone avoids a 'Bayer Leverkusen' season!

It will be a sad ending to an undeniably fantastic campaign for Athletico if they come out with nothing. If Barca win the last game of the season against them at Camp Nou and Real Madrid win their remaining 3 fixtures then they (Real Madrid)will take the league by the skin of their teeth! Seems both Madrid teams were exhausted after their mid week rigours. The match at Levante was marred by racist chants by Athletico fans on Diop, I don't know why anayone thinks racism will end in football...

http://www.espnfc.com/ne...e-racist-chants?cc=3888

Mourinho after the nil all draw...

http://www.espnfc.com/ne...orwich-play-win?cc=3888

Hypocrite Number 1. Does not mind using the tactics to beat big teams but whines when smaller teams employ the same tactics against him. Thank God he never came to Utd!

I have a feeling Liverpool will falter today and effectively hand the title to City, whom I don't see losing their two remaining home games.

“In my world Mourinho is a danger for football. If many try to copy his style, then the game will die. Imagine if everybody played football like Mourinho. Then it would certainly be boring, and then I wouldn’t watch the matches. I could play so differently with Chelsea, if I got the chance. But Mourinho is only able to play defensively. The club has spent so much money on so good players. Hell, use them then! Of course it is okay to be calculating. Now and then I also like to have the opportunity to play on the counter but there has to be a plan for how you play when you go on the attack. Such a plan has Guardiola. We also have it with the national team but Mourinho hasn’t.

He solely relies on set pieces, and then he hopes that Hazard or Willian can do something on their own. I certainly understand why Hazard criticized the way Chelsea played after the game." Denmark manager Morten Olsen's attack on Mourinho's tactics
