Plot in Kiwanja estate

AM LOOKING TO BUY A PLOT IN KIWANJA ESTATE NEXT TO KAHAWA WEST

My friend got a colleague selling a plot in Kiwanja estate near Kahawa west and recommended me to take it.Anybody who has a history of the area,is there any issues pertaining to these plots.Am asking this as there are no titles currently so search is not possible ie at Lands office

Yes there was problems. Local shopkeepers will give you full information.

Not really sure but I think the city council claims to own almost half of the place, as I said better go down there and talk to locals.

most of the area is on squatters and they refused to reocate/move out.
there is even a court case with KU on the same but its a good place for biz.
don't have more info
