Yes, its getting nearer and the hype is about to begin.

I think the hosts will win this one.

Can someone pls paste the fixtures list and timing, and perhaps Admin can be kind enough to make this a sticky.

Those are not very bad times. Wives, girlfriends and clandes will be extremely bored that month.

Brazil WC squad:

Goalkeepers: Julio Cesar (Toronto FC), Jefferson (Botafogo), Victor (Atletico Mineiro)

Defenders: David Luiz (Chelsea), Dante (Bayern Munich), Thiago Silva (Paris Saint-Germain), Henrique (Napoli), Maicon (Roma), Dani Alves (Barcelona), Marcelo (Real Madrid), Maxwell (Paris Saint-Germain)

Midfielders: Luiz Gustavo (Wolfsburg), Paulinho (Tottenham), Fernandinho (Manchester City), Ramires (Chelsea), Oscar (Chelsea), Willian (Chelsea), Hernanes (Inter Milan)

Strikers: Hulk (Zenit St. Petersburg), Bernard (Shakhtar Donetsk), Neymar (Barcelona), Jo (Atletico Mineiro), Fred (Fluminense)

IMO this squad is simply not good enough, unlike previous squads it lacks experience, pace and creativity. The midfield is also packed with defensive midfielders. I don't understand why Lucas Moura was left out.

Algeria are going to the WC for the second successive time. Remember when Kenya soundly beat Algeria ? See below
