Kindly furnish me with more details but you better be reasonable with your pricing. I can see you tried selling and you hit a brick wall.

Good that you have decided not to sell. I also own land there and every time i drive down, i see knew structures/development coming up latest being electricity.
I like the leasing part, i'd suggest you look for investors interested in putting up lodges/camping sites as this seems the main income earner those sides. I occasionally stumble on giraffes and elephants on my farmsmile. What i love most is the morning view of kili, truly a sight to behold!
@Chaka, the water is sourced from a spring which flows down from Mt. Kilimanjaro. My neighbour recently sunk a borehole and he only went down 35metres to the water table.

Looks like we are many land owners in Loitokitok..
I also own a few pieces of land down there doing all sorts of things eg. Chicken farming, Lease of a Villa in Kimana, tomato farming among others.. I intend to expand though. There are many opportunities down there.

If you think you can, and if you think you can't , either way, you are right!

What happens after the leasing bid fails?. What will he hit next?
Politics is just things to keep the people divided and foolish and put your trust in men and none of them can do nothing for you...
