The documentary never stated that this is the position of Islam. It is the position of those who who recruit them. I guess you should be condemning those who promise such things not saying that it is propaganda. Thank you @tassia. I condemn this documentary "On The Heels Of Terror". It's very unfortunate to see a government approving airing of such a documentary, which demonizes whole Muslim community as killers of innocent people, and attempts to prove that the Quran and the Hadith advocates killing of non-Muslims!!! This is inciting further animosity and hatred. I condemn those who pose and take advantage of ignorant youth by cheating them into sinful and criminal acts. So please @jangili and @tassia, you being part of the elite people, let us save our country as a matter of urgency. Save the humanity. Where we are headed is not good. I will continue saying police should be thorough in doing investigation. I want to see a peaceful country, just like the way you want. Circumventing the real issues as usual! So tell us in your understanding, what entices the suicide bombers who are mostly Muslims across the world. A few questions; 1)Do you agree that there are some muslim preachers bent on misdirecting the youth to take up arms and fight for certain causes sold as Islamic. In Kenya, In Nigeria, in Israel/Palestine, In UK, in USA etc! 2)Are you sympathetic to such teachings and the causes. 3)Do you agree that it would take certain promises/enticements for the youth to play ball. Why do you feel obligated to talk on behalf of Muslim leaders involved in such enterprise! Just as absolute power corrupts leaders, so does absolute fanaticism blind the people from logic

While we await his answer for which I wont be holding my breath, I offer that it originated from a Muslim preacher. Whether or not he misquoted Koran is another matter. Just like there are rogue preachers in other religions, Islam is bound to have its fair share. What is baffling though is that even those who claim to be in mainstream Islam, always come to the defence of the supposedly rogue preachers whenever the rogue finds himself in trouble with the law. I might also add that rogues in other religions direct their mischief in other areas, not calling and arranging for violence and shedding of blood! Just as absolute power corrupts leaders, so does absolute fanaticism blind the people from logic

I'm clarifying this issue about 72 virgins, which I've clarified this before!
There is nothing like this in Islam. The juicy stories the media gives you is so enticing and I know you can't resist. This story of 72 virgins is one of the biggest propaganda in the world that has been invented. This has been amplified in the western countries many times that nowadays, many people accept it as fact and truth. No wonder even Wazuans think the same. The media wants people to believe that this is a Muslim's reward for suicide.
Maybe you should ask him who invented it.Coz he only says who amplified it If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

Is there a mention of them anywhere in the koran? maybe someone was inspired by the lore of the assassins (if at all they were the first): Quote:One theory, possibly the best known but also the most criticized, comes from the reports of Marco Polo during his travels to the Orient. He recounts a story he heard, of the "Old Man of the Mountain" (Sabbah) who would drug his young followers with hashish, lead them to a "paradise", and then claim that only he had the means to allow for their return. Perceiving that Sabbah was either a prophet or magician, his disciples, believing that only he could return them to "paradise", were fully committed to his cause and willing to carry out his every request.[7] However, this story is disputed due to the fact that Sabbah died in 1124 and Sinan, who is frequently known as the "Old Man of the Mountain", died in 1192, whereas Marco Polo was not born until 1254.
