And who questions the 'media' when they ask the 'wrong' questions and lead others to look at events and politicians with bias?

Like in this case, who was the journalist representing?

ION, tribes and tribalism aren't the problems they are said to be. The problem is savage Man will always look for an excuse to pursue his lust for power. Here it's the tribe, in some homogeneous societies it's the family, up to the third generation.

A representative political system is one big lie.

Please Washiku. I know when these issues are discussed they become clouded in muddy waters.

Let us be honest with ourselves. And the truth will set us free.

Njumbiree effectively balkanised this country into tribal regions fully loaded with tribal unions from tribal political parties.

Of you course you have a right to think otherwise, but some of us don't think so.

That is why we had so called strongholds.

ODM the very same thing.

So when this party becomes a government you want to pretend that oh no everything was just fine and dandy.

I don't think so.

With your zeal to post how tribal Kalonzo is, you forgot that your party ran on a fully fledged Tyranny of Numbers campaign. Full with twitter campaigns and political opinions on TV and newspapers.

There are those of us who think that that is as tribal as it gets.

But its a democracy you have a right to think what you wish. I think not.

Remove the log in your eyes before jumping up and down that Kalonzo said sijui what. I mean you are a twirra fellow, do your stats. Those for and against. Find your tribes aligned.

And you say that Jubilee has succeeded in uniting. Data doesn't lie my friend. It never has and it never will.

But I shall believe you.

Njumbiree campaigns in 2016/2017 without tyranny of numbers.

Then I will join you. In the meantime, I'm very patient and I know what the rallying call will be at that time. And so do you.

Alma, the country is tribal. And it voted along tribal lines. So does that make ALL Kikuyus evil for voting jubiree n others holy for voting otherwise? Shud I be judged on my political inclination just on the basis of my name? So should all jubiree journalists(based on their names) avoid Cord press conferences coz they will be biased n thus their questions shall not be answered n vice versa? Assume for a minute am a Taita so that you are able to look at my question from a sober eye...

Washiku for promising not to cry.

Tyranny of numbers is not tribal. Discuss.

Tyranny of numbers is tribal...and as you rightly said some time back, we all belong to tribe...but not all Kales or Kikuyus voted jumbiree...those who voted jumbiree have a democratic right to do so, same applies for those who didnt.

On one side, you say its wrong for police to profile Somalis, I agree with u fully.

On the next sentence you profile Kikuyus as members of tyranny, just as Kalonzo profiled Muriithi, assumed he only asked a specific question simply coz his name is Muriithi. Had the question been asked by Ahmed, would it have made sense? Would he have answered?

If its so wrong for me to be Kikuyu coz tyranny are tribal n thus I am tribal for sharing a tribe with Uhuru, where do those who hate Uhuru n dont want to be associated with tyranny, where can they apply to be Taitas?

Why is it wrong for a Kikuyu to support Uhuru?

Washiku your name betrays you

First just for your information because you are insisting. Just go google how Taitas voted.

Don't cloud this argument.

You know what you started when you even put the word KIKUYU in capitals. I don't have to spell it out.

The point was Kalonzo is tribal. Of course the comments were swift as to how evil the fellow is.

My argument is very simple. Before you go around calling people tribal, look at yourself first.

Especially in a situation where the opposition campaigned on tribe and the present government campaigned on tribe.

I'm sorry but that's just the plain truth. You are the one who painted Kalonzo as having abused you. He didn't even say Kikuyu but you typed it very fast there didn't you? As if their are no Meru or Embu Mureithis.

This is one argument that unfortunately doesn't depend on political will, might or misinformation.

The facts are Jubilee campaigned on a singularly tribal premise.

Cord campaigned on the same premise.

And the voters to a man followed suit and agreed with their parties. Those laptops even my grandmother didn't believe that nonsense. And the way she loves TNA. With a T-shirt and all.

Of course you have a right as Abraham did to ask God to spare a few Kenyans for being non-tribal. But God still punished everyone in Sodom but felt enough for Lot to save him and only him and some other 3 or 4 people. Abraham tetead him.

Welcome to the tribal party in Kenya. Where people cry tribe when and only when their tribe is spoken about.

Will God spare you Washiku? Do you have an Abraham to tetea you when this gourd of tribal filth one day just bursts with hate?

yani what are the expectations of people commenting on this forum? like REALLY - what are you really expecting? team Otoyo to ungama? They are happy someone said it! someone said 'the truth'. why do we bother with pointless discussions? Kenya is ethnic (try not to use the word tribal) - we all know that. Dismissing people because of the ethnic communities they come from happens (it's not said coz it is uncouth but it happens). statements like 'hawa wajaluo ni nini nahao?'. 'wakikuyu wametuibia!!', 'wasomali wanatusumbua bwana' e.t.c. play in our minds all the time and are spouted out loudly when we don't have the group we are discussing badly about within ear's reach. so let us stop being pretentious!
HOWEVER! Kalonzo should have kept this tribal self to himself! We know it's there just as sex between parents is known to be there but we don't really want it said in public and full view of cameras!
All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!

Was informed of a saga involving kalooser's rela and a doc at one of our private hospitals.

He refused to allow 'that' doc attend to his rela because his name betrayed him.
That's when I labelled him a sore loser.
