This is a PR nightmare for Kenya...having a Pres who is now and there at the ICC...how will he focus on the job as he tries to clear his name at the ICC? What happens if one of them is taken in? Will the government hold? My understanding is one of the two has a very strong case.

The cases will be sent back to Kenya or Arusha, or dropped and investigations started afresh! Don't worry about that.

It was as easy as that. @guru, Mkeid deal....i guess you can now see the reality more clear. Am glad we took the gamble

Let them remove the bump.Feb will be interesting at the NSE

But a Western diplomat who asked not to be named said he believed it would be difficult to find new evidence and witnesses and build a strong case against the president, given the present climate in Kenya.

First, your link is non-existing. Secondly, what is this 'present climate in Kenya'? If its the delayed rainy season, they can as well wait for Jan sunny season. If its political climate, WE ARE KENYANS!

Let's be sincere here Barry was seated nowhere near UK not that the latter wanted to sit next to Barry.

This case isn't a low stakes game given UK's profile, ICC bangle this they may as well go to retirement and sell the property in that small Dutch city. Why do I sense a willy tactical retreat than anything else. Either way you have to give our African Sister some credit, she is no telly tubby ala Ocampo. She cuts a very willy and cunning character. If there was no case she would have backed off by now - remember Muthaura! So let's keep the champas chilling bra!

Corruption across EU 'breathtaking' - EU Commission - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-26014387

And the report - http://goo.gl/z1OE2V

Quote:
The cost to the EU economy is equivalent to the bloc's annual budget.

The extent of corruption in Europe is "breathtaking" and it costs the EU economy at least 120bn euros (£99bn) annually, the European Commission says.

Links are important in everybody's life and for a president it's other heads of state given the general "donor kukazia" for politics reasons we all know. Security is a responsibility of me & u then each citizen not president!!!! when you talk of soaring corruption how are traveling or staying linked to insecurity??? I can give you free lessons on security if u need tthey'll help in giving informed opinion
Everybody STEALS, a THIEF is one who's CAUGHT stealing something of LITTLE VALUE. !!!
