Have tried loggin in using my Stockskenya Identity and all am getting is some annoying message that my password is invalid or whatever.....HALLLOOOOWWWW,Ave been using that password EVERYDAY,why on earth would i forget it??? Please sort this out Stockskenya Admin(I refuse to use Wazua whatever)I need my password back.

Where did u keep the password?
African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'

How do you expect the SK/Wazua admin to recognize you if they dont know your previous name?

I had also "forgotten" mine but found it. Wazua said that if your password was six characters or less then type it and add 19765 or something like that to log in, eg if your passowrd was layman then use layman19765

i think most of us have not taken time to read the instructions to the new site...

kindly lets be fair and candid to ourselves if not the wazua...

pls take time to read the not hard to understand introductory notes...

it will not only save your time but also help us pass our grievances to the sk management in a more humane manner...
