Hi maneno ya MySQL, Linux bra bra bra we leave to akina @masukuma and let wanjiku achape mlolongo ama apige kelele kwa uchaguzi. @Gathige, Thats is a very ignorant comment you have made. You cannot compare India to Kenya. You can only compare Kenya to Odisha state in India which is the 11th biggest state in India by population of aprox. 41M. In India; 1.Different states in India vote on different days(which is spread over a month) 2.The population of India is 1.2 billion with registered voters of 814 Million what needs to happen is that we need to break the election cycle into two. an executive's cycle and a representative cycle (or any other combination) that results in us having 3 elections every 2.5 years. this will ensure that politically we don't get useless people based on party and for the EMB we have time to continuously prepare, refine, test, refine, test procedures over and over and over! Totally agree. But some people say it is the cost consideration that makes it economically sound to hold six elections in one day. Democracy is not cheap.Look at our bloated devolved govt. Having the elections in kenya after every 2.5 years here in Kenya will be a disaster Makales both for economic and political stability.Just imagine one year down the line we are still talking about the 2013 elections To me we should lengthen the term to say eight years. Candidates complain the first two after an election then they start campaigning in the third year. This makes the country to be on a campaign mode through out. Elections are not an exact science the world over. We should aim at improving from one election after another.

If it's the turn of ogieks to rule; then only ogieks are allowed to vote in that election If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

As a growing democracy we are bound to encounter shortcomings by our EMB and complaints by those who lost in elections. please note that the following terms are related but not synonymous 1. Democracy 2. Freedom 3. Modernity 4. Rule of Law I am all for complete and utter democracy and un negotiated rule of law, freedoms can be limited, Modernity is not necessarily achieved by 1 and 2. What while minorities (CORD) have 2 to ask for IEBC to be disbanded they are doing is against 4! and i have 2 to point it out! All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!

@makales have you considered that maybe cord considers what Jubilee and IEBC are doing to be against the rule of law by not agreeing for IEBC to be disbanded. I think we should agree and appreciate the shortcomings of IEBC and try to work on them rather than calling for its disbandment or claiming that cord are against the rule of law which is a cultivation of dictatorship. If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

Calvin Ogalo the guy who talks about the fibre optic link and the server hosting (kencall) in the shadows, had his home raided today and arrested. His computers were also confiscated.
