Good that you have decided not to sell. I also own land there and every time i drive down, i see knew structures/development coming up latest being electricity.
I like the leasing part, i'd suggest you look for investors interested in putting up lodges/camping sites as this seems the main income earner those sides. I occasionally stumble on giraffes and elephants on my farm
. What i love most is the morning view of kili, truly a sight to behold!
@Chaka, the water is sourced from a spring which flows down from Mt. Kilimanjaro. My neighbour recently sunk a borehole and he only went down 35metres to the water table.
