@harrydre things & beings can't do! This means creation cannot do anything, but the one who Created the things is the only who can do.

I'll give you a good example. Do you remember volcanic cloud over Europe sometimes back? Planes could not fly fro or to Europe. Countries who export food to Europe watched their food getting spoilt as the flights to Europe were cancelled. And there was shortage of food in Europe. And even fighter planes could not fly if there was need for them! That shows you that things & beings can't do!!!

We have heard of pple who sat down & never stood up again! We have seen people on physiotherapy why? That's why you're told to walk humbly on earth, it does not belong to you!

Allah knows what you'll eat. At times you plan to eat at home, then someone invites you, someone else eats your food.

Similarly, you can't die before Allah's hukm. Also i cant die before my day, and its not preso or DP who decides, my day was already destined before i was born.

You know the wind, rain can blow/rain & destroy. remember Sodom & comora, they saw what they thought it rain. But alas! It was not rain, it was storm which destroyed them!

So remind yourself that nobody can harm unless God wishes.
