Fascinating read on the lengths kenya went to assist israel in the operation and contingency plans israel had put in place had kenya refused including commandeering JKIA and stealing fuel!

What is often glossed over is what it cost Kenya to help the Israelis execute their crazy plan. It cost more than fuel and space at the Nairobi Airport

The other day I read about the Tutsi-Hutu thing. Hindsight is indeed 20 20.

i keep thinking that kenyans should learn patriotism from the israelis, apart from implementing productive irrigation

israelis are patriotic (almost) to a fault

it was not always the case! their survival now depends on it! but really - who are 'kenyans'? no such nation exists we are rather a country of micronations.

Hi guys, thanks for sharing my piece. Such events worry me, how we simply gloss over the deaths and suffering of so many people like it is just a normal thing.

the sad thing is the narrative that is spread around. it paint's Israel as the people who made this happen and that life was all nice and dandy for everyone after that episode.
