Is there a group of Mujahideen which doesn't appeal to the precedence set by Mohammed, and the rationality outlined above? Boko Haram? Taliban? Al Shabaab? Al Qaeda? . . .

Let me start with the BBC documentary 'The life of the last prophet' I'm curious of this guy who was initially easy to pick out from the crowd because he was a 'good guy', who went on to terrorize people, ordering torture and killings and stealing from people(I read this from a guy who'd posted here). Who married a 'sugar mummy' and later an under-age girl.

I may be against terrorism but I'm never going to be for any Gov't produced propaganda documentaries. This is propaganda 100%. There shall be only one story told and that is by the same IG who said that blankets were burning and light bulbs were causing bombs. I'm sorry. Only people who are brainwashed can believe anything a Kenyan policeman has to say. Even worse, you sit down for an hour and listen to them telling you about how fantastic they are. mmmmmhhh. Read his seera (life history), you'll find his the best exemplary Muslims and the best example of human being that has lived. That is the reason I say that understand the religion by looking at the scriptures. And when you read the scriptures, the authentic sources, the Quran and sahih Hadiths you will really appreciate Islam. mmmmmhhh. Kudos @alma. My thinking exactly. I'm not sure how many 'intelligent' Kenyans can smart enough to see that. I'll say quite a small number, given that even in an elite group like Wazua cannot see

I'm glad you get the point. In the same way we could make an objective investigation into the life and message of Jesus Christ (a.s). And that would allow us to know if we want to call ourselves Christians. So to be fair and objective, media as sources of information about Islam, or any other faith, would not be an acceptable source of judging anything or anyone. That's why so many people convinced, and so many people standing in judgement about subject that they have far no information if any, and far few actual facts about. The strangest thing is that, Islam is system of life, a global faith, that one could know very easily by going to the sources. And there are two sources: - One is the scriptural source, which is the Quran. - The other is human source, which is life of prophet pbuh.

What makes you think the Quran, the Bible, or any other Scriptures don't involve 'propaganda'?
