It's true though that this Kuria guy wasn't paying his workers. I know two of his former employees. Don't know why our respectable President should surround himself with such characters.

Though I guess that person got to be

1. very powerful
2. One who loves underworld operations.
3. One who has a certain debt to pay to these characters.
