Do Wazuans Exercise?

Havent registered...thought it was still on..oops. I have done the stanchart twice (half marathon) pb of 1hr 55mins. Seems lewa will have to wait till 2015. Hope to attempt the full marathon once (its in my bucket list). Lewa terrain is hilly and hi gh altitude so its quite a challenge..

Running 21 or 42 kilometers bears the same rationale as a ten kilometer run. In your case, your body knows how to handle energy use for the ten kilometers, does it know how to handle a Marathon? Then there's the question of mental energy and will power, and general body strength. I wonder how much time you've got to prepare for the Marathon?

Have guys started practising for the remaining marathons? Don't wait for "I have just a week to train" At least Stan chart iko far, one can even train once a week or something.
