the impact of eastleigh on kenya's economy is usually exaggerated. eastleigh is an important business hub but kenya's economy or currency will not collapse if eastleigh were to ever go bust. the leaders saying that ni wenda wazimu. watu wajitetee lakini wafanye hivyo wakitumia ukweli. nimeona watu wakisema ati eastleigh controls a third of kenya's economy karibu nikufe na kicheko. kenya is a mbig mbig animal. anyone with facts on how great eastleigh is to kenya angusha hapa

Sorry on this one, there is what you want to believe and what is reality.

Reality is every person who imports stuff from China does it from a fellow in Eastleigh. So the funny watch you are wearing came through Eastleigh.

Most of your sugar, inatoka huko.

Don't pretend you don't know that your local shopkeeper can be seen taking a mat to Eastleigh every Tuesday and Friday.

eastleigh imports ni za magendo so whatever little we benefit from in cheaper goods is cancelled out by lost tax revenue. number two, the black market has hundreds of alternative routes. heroin and cocaine make it to kenya despite being illegal. if eastleigh, kismayu and mogadishu choke up, there will be new routes and players within a week. next.

Hahahaha

Ati now the guys from Eastleigh are devils. hahahaha

Washeni ujinga. All the stalls in Nairobi are running coz of the lack of etr in eastleigh. Haha Enyewe. Oh now we are clean eh?

If the fellow is renting your house in the CBD and is selling those fake phones, you are getting rent from a person who doesn't pay tax.

I can say without contradiction that even the underwear you are wearing right now had no etr.

Haha enyewe Kenyans can be funny.

Have you asked yourself why they are cheap? Anyone importing through corrupt business men is promoting graft and has no right to correct the goverment for not delivering.

If anyone wants to point fingers at sirikali, let them buy stuff from guys who pay tax.

@Alma do you buy your boxers from Eastleigh? hizo huwa na kaperfume fulani.Laughing out loudly
