Exactly. The mother's negligence is the cause of her suffering.I'm ready and willing to contribute something

My friend Nais Tobiko (yeah you are right, she sis to the one K.T) is spearheading the donations from here. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1412925942296833/kenyans for baby glory. It's her who alerted me and I thought of sharing it here in case anyone wants to help.

Glory's dad's no is 0725-081-717. That's just for encouraging and uplifting his spirit. He really needs it.
The pay bill No 316870 Account name Glory.
BUT please please go to that fb page first and request for all the infor you need regarding donations and join the rest of kenyans in doing so.

Baby Glory was moved to ward 4D.
Ward 4D is a sad scene. Its smelly, crowded and the nurses are obviously overwhelmed. The whole day Glory spent there, the wound was not dressed. Her dad was asked to leave her in the care of the nurses as hospital policy requires that kids over 5yrs of age are left unaccompanied by parents in the ward. Separating baby Glory from her dad, the one person she has spent every single day of her life with was going to be hard. She could not handle it especially considering that she needs help even to do the most basic of things like sitting up. After discussing it with some doctors and her lead doctor, team was advised that though cheap, ward 4 was not the right place for baby Glory. Therefore they spent the whole day transferring her to ward 9A. It took them more than 5hrs to have a bill of KES 1,800 processed (the bill for ward 4D)!
They managed though. Alice Nadupoi Sakuda Wala gave immense support.

The little girl is back in 9A where we're sure she'll get the best attention.

Glory will be leaving hospital hopefully in the next 2wks. From the records,at Kijabe Glory suffers from a condition medically known as Spina Bifida. Sadly, she suffers from the most rare and most severe form of spina bifida known as MYELOMENINGOCELE (mouthful right!).
Baby Glory will never be able to walk, she will have to live with a Colostomy for the rest of her life as she cannot control her bowel movement and neither can she control her bladder.

If anyone has any contacts that could help get an automatic wheelchair for her. She will hopefully begin rehabilitation next week.

Sad God bless her, God bless me, God bless all of us. If this is not enough reason to love one another, I don't know what is.

'This is my commandment, that you love one another, that your joy may be full'

Proverbs 19:21
