The press releases last week said that he will be out of the country for two weeks official visits to various countries. Now all of a sudden He is back...

So, if it was clear he will be out of the country for that long continuously, how comes the police pass out parade in Kiganjo was planned to be yesterday, bearing in mind it was planned long before and Vincentian Prayer house opening was also confirmed to happen yesterday, which was also planned months ago?
