@urstilll, The ban is for two transfer windows, where are you getting years?

The question is no other club has ever done this? I love the way Barca play but I'm not a fan particularly of their actors but I smell a rat here...

Barca have already appealed that decision which means they'll be able to bring in players this summer. Their appeal to FIFA is likely to be heard before the end of April and if they then go to the Court of Arbitration for Sport those proceedings would not likely take place until August.....the transfer embargo would be suspended until the final decision.
