Has anyone bought land around this place?How much is a quarter acre going for? I have one I want to buy but not sure if 150k is too much given that the place is 12km from kitengela town and 1.5km from main road. I want to buy to hold for future resale.
would appreciate your insights/comments/advice..

Hi KK,
You either very lucky or you need to be very careful. That sounds too good to be true! Land on that area is retailing for between 900k - 1.2M for an acre.
