Thought they were to give a brief on what they have achieved in one year and not what they intend to do.Most of their statements are "intend to" and "to be" and not"achieved" "done" etc

You may even addd " we are suposed to "...coming from guys and ladies who have been in the corporate world..sounded like they did not even belief what they were saying..
