Hip/knee replacements - anybody with experience?

If you have handled a knee/hip replacement medical case, I need information /recommendations on which hospital did you use; do you have a doctor you can recommend? how successful was operation and post operation recovery. The patient is an elderly person, 70 years old. Thanks

I have also heard of Kijabe Mission Hospital.

No contact of a Dr though.

All the best.

Thank you Bigchick - patient has been to Kijabe Mision and advice was that surgery is necessary. Here at Wazua I am looking for somebody who has a relative/friend who has gone through knee/hip surgery; the doctor who did it; and how successful/unsuccessful was the operation.

Kikuyu Hospital. My mother had a successful knee replacement there two yrs ago. She was 65.All the best.

Weka contact hapa I sent you contact ya Mama Wa patient.It was a girl of around 18 to 20 years who had hip replacement last year and has recovered well.
