Governors tell wananichi. If only the central government had given us more money we could have done more but since they did not..... well its not our fault. Meanwhile Kirinyaga County may not have money to pay salaries in May, June, July.

Haki ya Mungu!! What were we thinking when we put these things in the katiba?? What exactly did we want done??? I guess tulilia wembe na sasa tushapatiwa.

If they sell the Prados they will get the money. Money begets more money, use the little at their disposal to generate more. This devolved system is doable. Even with ODM's noise

Their next door neighbor, Embu, was officially broke as of last month. Devolved medics had to picket for 2 wks before they were paid Feb. salaries.

And where is Governer Mutua getting his from? Seriously??? Enyewe tungebaki tu na Mpigs cz like now after 5yrs we cannot even tell who did what! Sad bit is the governers will continue confusing Kenyans and we shall accept and move on!

Who said their is no money, their is plenty of it, if only these governors get their priorities right. If mutua is planning to build a road, bought ambulances(not a priority), bought police cars(not his job) why r some governors complaining their is no money?
