True, but they Should do better. All they need to do is change rethoric to action.
Some things like security should be quick wins. I remember the other day he launched 100 days rapid results bla bla bla...365days are over. As if to show nothing happened, we have a baby in hospital with a bullet in his head.
Security is much more complex. Even in developed and developing (South Africa and Brazil come to mind) countries they suffer almost the same problems we are having here if not worse. Long term solutions include poverty alleviation,optimal resource allocation (read devolution) etc .....
These should be long term goals and with the entrance of terrorism as a new threat it may take even longer to achieve.
