The team to make the 4th spot will need about 75 points. 2.The team to win the premier league will need about 82 points. 3. Tottenham and Liverpool might just get back into contention for the titles. 4. The teams battling for title will also find themselves battling for the 4th spot. 5. It's not predictable who will win the title. 6. Arsenal might find themselves battling for the fourth spot. 7. From 1, Manu will not get the fourth spot. I might be wrong but then again I may be right. Positively criticize my post by stating your own predictions. So far my predictions are holding. Realistically, finally arsenal have now owned the fourth spot. There are out of the title race. .. No 2 ways about it... Chelsea are now firm favourites to lift the title, if you consider the remaining matches. Manchester City and Liverpool are also in contention despite the consideration that they will be each facing 3 of the big 5 in the remaining features. For arsenal, just pray that United does not win the CL..... Yes we all would like to dream, but this is the reality check. There are 8 games to go, all the top four teams will finish well above the 75 pt mark you've indicated. Tottenham's next game is against L'pool at Anfield, before that match they'll probably be 9 pts from 4th place.....i don't think they'll be a threat. This season they'll be no battle for 4th place. Ati we've owned 4th spot, L'pool are just 3 pts ahead with games against City and Chelsea to come.... one or even two of the top three teams will definitely drop no doubt about that. Agreed... how about you??? When I have money, I get rid of it quickly, lest it find a way into my heart.

And Finally, may I remind all of us, but most importantly the Manures, that while you are busy analyzing Arsenal's loss, City are preparing. You have a derby on Tuesday, that is tomorrow. Any predictions? "Peace is our profession, War is our business" ...Unknown

On the red card, the FA rules state that a red card should only be issued if the hand ball denied a clear goal scoring opportunity, correct call would have been a yellow card plus the awarding of a penalty kick....Hazard's shot was wide. As for Gibbs, It is expected that he will be cleared of his red card, since he did nothing wrong.
To quote something I read this morning: *Forgive me for a brief return to the Oxlade-Chamberlain incident, but a minor point - which the exact interpretation of the laws of the game would suggest doesn't matter - but the midfielder clearly handled with the intent to deny Chelsea a goal. He wasn't aware that the ball was going wide, so from a moral perspective (let's pretend that we care about that for a moment) a red card was the right decision for the cheating scallywag. http://www.dailymail.co....nt-Stamford-Bridge.html
Well atleast someone who has been a ref before agrees with me anyway if Arsenal don't appeal then he'll miss one game.....! changes nothing, Ose! Lakini FA cup ni lazima! @ your current form, I wish you God's speed, because you need it. Saturday's result had nothing to do with form, it was a case of Arsenal capitulating in an away match against the big teams AGAIN.....we've had no problems beating the small/mid-table teams that is why we are still within touching distance of the top despite those three heavy loses. A win against Swansea tomorrow will close the gap to 4 pts so we are not really out of the title race. Like i said if we maintain that 4 pt gap after the Man City game at the Emirates on Saturday then we would be one of the favorites for the title. As for the FA cup, hakuna wasi wasi....this season hakuna mambo ya trophy drought! I hope that happens. Otherwise i see a situation where a number of fans will commit suicide at the end of this season.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has explained not shaking hands with Arsene Wenger at the end of their thrashing of Arsenal. Mourinho had already disappeared down the players' race when the final whistle blew. "The game was over and my wife did not know the result. "She always expects me to call her and that was today's (Saturday) case. She does not watch football and in that way I put an end to her insecurity. "And if I can do that two minutes earlier, then that's even better." http://www.tribalfootbal...ake-4013814#.UzAd1c4nA7s

Arsenal lost to Stoke and A villa (not exactly big teams) and drew with WBA who are relegation bound. Am not sure about FA cup anymore having lost to minnows (Bradford, Birmingham) in recent past. Arsenal. will start winning trophies again only if Wenger leaves in summer. Truth forever on the scaffold Wrong forever on the throne (James Russell Rowell)

Who said the @Prof is leaving in the summer? Le Prof has stalled on the new contract because it ostensibly contains a clause that limits his control of transfers. Major investors such as Usmanov feel that Wenger has failed to use the transfer kitty (140 M pounds) and would like the responsibility handled by a technical director. Wenger can't settle for nusu mkate and will most likely shift to Monaco or PSG with Bacary Sagna in tow. The french contingent is likely to leave. Name a team in the EPL that has lost 6-3,5-1 and 6-0 in the last 4 months. Mental block or not something is seriously wrong at the emirates. Players like Ozil,Kolscieny,Ramsey(have I left any other world calss player?) will not be part of such horrors for long and will ask for transfers very soon. My point was that Arsenal can still capitulate against Wigan or Hull city in the FA cup. Going with your logic,Wigan beat Man city. So any team can beat another though it will not happen all the time. and yes Arsenal have mental block against those teams away from home. @bkismat I was responding to earlier suggestions that Arsenal does not lose to 'small teams ' anymore. Truth forever on the scaffold Wrong forever on the throne (James Russell Rowell)
