At the YMCA there is a guy called Wainaina. He is very good. He is also the aquatic director of the International School.

At Nyayo Stadium Swimming pool ask for Nzuki. There used to be a guy at the University of Nairobi called Kimori. I think he may have gone to a private school. What you can do is ask any of the life guards at YMCA,Nyayo or Methodist guest house. These guys all know each other.

I learnt swimming in July at St Mary boys school... the swimming teacher is very good and he is allowed to teach over the holidays. What i liked abt the place is that its private and there are very few people and more so under 18s are not allowed in the afternoon.
