They seem to be everywhere, Mark Zukerberg is complaining of their lurking presence in facebook to Obama. Ebu check your newly acquired HiFis, GPS navigation, etc.... for bugs and I don't mean cockroaches.

These guys are being smart with words, their context of the word record means you have access to unauthorized elevated privileges in a system, there is something they are not telling us.

Simple, you need a transmitted electronic signal in an area that is on coverage. If you do not have both you cannot trace anything.

But initially we were being told the calls were going through. Couldnt they use that? Ama the ones that were going through were those of the guys locked in mipango wa kandos cubicles?

What if the closest mast you have to the recipient call area is a mast next to the sea with the next (via partners) in a diff continent?..

Anyone who can work out the triangulation required here?..

I wonder what they would make of a typical kenyan yout' conversation consisting of 'niaje mtu nguyas' 'nidungie nangos' and other Bonoko/mbussi lingo. Unless they hire @kiash and co. to translate.

Ever noticed the white students in campus who come as foreign exchange students, they pick up on the lingo some of them could be called up to assist. Just a thought.
If you stay ready, no need to get ready.

Bosss, those are 'millions' of square miles requiring volunteers to search.

People, just think about it, why would US want to listen in on every citizen's coversation? It doesn't make any sense. They probably have the ability to but highly doubt they are. Look at how US has been know to operate in areas where it has keen interest in. It will only target those influential positions/persons and try and manipulate them into its corner. You can rest assured, they have a keen ear on the leaders of this country illegally and anywhere else that stands to significantly affect their interests whichever way.

Every wondered why most computer related virus threats hardly have any targeting our establishments in kenya as a primary target?.. you only hear of foreign establishments being taken down because that's where it is worth it and we get hit as a secondary objective. So unless your really really worth it, there is no way they will be wasting time with your conversations.

You need two satellites to have captured this at the same time, best result is if you have a 3rd one for triangulation to work best, otherwise you just have a radious of thousands of kilometers that gives very little help!!!!
