Munyi, Nkowua said though Marende had been served with the court orders and acknowledged through Oraro & Company Advocates he has not obeyed the order. On the day, Munyi ordered Marende to pay Nkowua Sh180,000 for school fees and related expenses, Sh90,000 for rent and Sh60,000 for clothing.
The former Speaker who served between 2008 and 2013 during the tenure of President Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga was also ordered to pay Sh100,000 for entertainment, Sh12,000 for the caregiver, Sh10,000 for electricity and Sh5,000 for water.
Nkowua said the girl has fallen sick at the moment and her Surina International Montesorri school has written demanding letters for school fees. “If the fees is not paid immediately the child will be out of school,” she said.
Nkowua said she is now homeless as Marende has not paid the rent he was ordered to pay. “I am now homeless as i have been kicked out of the house for non-payment of rent and I am moving from house to house with my child in search of food and shelter,” she said. Nkowua said Marende is a man of means who is able to pay the maintenance fee but he is deliberately not

He should be jailed to thwart his ambitions even though RAO must be behind the woes as he is afraid of the challenge.
